As part of a company-wide initiative to strengthen internal culture, I was tasked with designing a high-profile intranet experience that highlighted Booz Allen Hamilton’s refreshed brand identity and featured messaging from C-suite leadership.
This project required a balance of strategic storytelling, intuitive UX, and accessible design—all while navigating multiple stakeholder approvals and technical constraints within SharePoint.

Partnered with a copywriter, offering suggestions to refine tone, structure, and layout in service of better design clarity and hierarchy

Navigated multiple rounds of content and design approvals involving CEO and senior leadership
Managed communication between developer, writer, internal stakeholders, and creative leadership to keep momentum across deadlines
Ensured design met both accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and brand integrity across internal platforms
