Clear, Connected Internal Storytelling

As part of Booz Allen’s Strategic Communications and Channels team, I helped transform how internal stories were shared across the company’s intranet. Partnering closely with copywriters and internal stakeholders, I designed a range of digital articles that informed, inspired, and connected employees — covering topics from company benefits and mental health resources to new technology spotlights and employee stories. Each piece balanced clarity with visual storytelling, helping thousands of employees easily find the information they need while feeling more connected to the company’s mission and culture.
